Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miramar

Stephanie was amazing. I think she could tell right away that I’d had a long travel day and was exhausted. After another hotel couldn't accommodate my reservation due to being overbooked, she went above and beyond to help and she even found me a quiet room. Her empathy truly made a difference, and because of her, I’ve found a new place to stay for my frequent visits to South Florida. Thank you Stephanie!

Just want to take the time to say the staff at this hotel are SUPERB. The facility is clean. Breakfast is decent. I'd give them 6 or 7 stars or even ten stars based on the staff though. Genuinely, good and helpful people. The fact that the staff recognizes it's individual guests and their needs is extremely impressive considering I work in hospitality as well. Definitely exemplary and note worthy for the industry.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I had no idea what to expect and I’m glad I stayed here and would definitely use again. First, location very easy to get to if you are coming from the Florida Turnpike. The property is very close to Pembroke Pines Gardens mall that has plenty of restaurants and shops. The Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was included and they had a very nice variety of options to eat (Omelettes, muffins, breads, cereals, pastries, coffee, juice, etc.) Staff were very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

In general is a good place to stay if you look for a room and breakfast. I personally had a problem with the last breakfast. I was waiting 5min before opening but at the end they opened 30 min after scheduled and missed my flight for waiting (my mistake for not just go to the airport). But in general if you don't have a rush to go somewhere it's fine

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Miramar was very pleasant and comfortable, making it a great choice for a vacation stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and professional. Check-in was handled efficiently, and everything felt well organized. The room itself was excellent—clean, neat, and fresh. The bed had fresh bedsheets, the towels were clean, and the bathroom was well maintained. The hot bath worked perfectly and was especially relaxing after a day of travel and sightseeing. Small details like this really added to the comfort of the stay. One standout feature was the quality of the toiletries provided. The hotel uses Dove products, which felt gentle on the skin and were noticeably better than the standard hotel toiletries. It was a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. We also enjoyed breakfast during our stay. It was well made and reasonably replenished, making it easy to start the day without any hassle. Everything felt fresh and well managed. An unexpected highlight was the view from our room—a coconut tree filled with tender green coconuts. What might once have felt ordinary now felt exotic and calming. Travel has a funny way of changing perspective. Overall, this Holiday Inn delivered comfort, cleanliness, and reliability. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Miramar area.

This hotel is clean from parking lot, to the lobby and from elevator to the rooms. Very pleasant staff, we stayed long enough to see multiple shifts and they were nice throughout our stay. Keurig coffee maker in the room and fresh ground Costa Rica coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was usual and with ample supplies.

Despite the fact that this is a smoke free facility, some idiot smoked anyway and the odor was in the hallway and partially in my room, not the fault of the property. Parking was a challenge as I had a truck and trailer. I never understood why many hotels don't accommodate large or long vehicles.

The nice Bahamian who checked us in was very nice! Breakfast was great! We stayed 3 nights. No complaints!! The hotel was very clean you could smell the cleanliness upon walking in! The bed was so comfortable we did not want to get up! Pillows were super soft! We slept well. Room was more than we expected! Our room was cleaned when we came back on the second day. I would stay here again, convenient Location, even though we had business to handle in Miami.
